Welcome to Merch3D! By using our website and purchasing our 3D printed products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. General information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Merch3D specializes in the sale of custom and pre-designed 3D printed products. Our products are made-to-order, and due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations may occur between items. By purchasing from our webshop, you accept these variations as part of the uniqueness of each product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are using a biodegradable plastic (PLA). While PLA is durable for many applications, it is not heat resistant.
Prolonged exposure to temperatures above 60\u00b0C may cause warping, deformation, or other damage. Handle with care and avoid placing near heat sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All orders placed through our webshop are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You will receive a confirmation email upon completing your purchase, followed by a shipment notification once your order has been dispatched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We accept major credit cardsand other payment methods as listed on the checkout page. All prices listed are in \u20ac and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before we process your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Shipping and delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Once shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or couriers. You will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Returns and refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Due to the custom nature of our 3D printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In the event of a defect or damage, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with photos of the issue. We will either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Orders for custom 3D printed products cannot be canceled once production has started. If you wish to cancel an order before production, please contact us immediately. For non-custom items, cancellations may be accepted if the item has not yet been shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Merch3D or our partners and may not be used without permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Privacy policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy policy<\/a> for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Merch3D will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of The Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
